When I was in the Loire Valley, looking back now, I realize it was a time when I knew nothing. Starting from Pouilly-Nançay, from the Loire Valley, heading to the North Rhône, Champagne, Burgundy, and then to other European countries. Along this journey, countless experiences with dry whites and champagnes coalesced into an infinite universe within my heart.
